California spiny lobster season opened at 6 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2026, and runs until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, March 17, 2027. Yes. The Blue Line's southern terminus is San Ysidro Transit Center, immediately north of the port of entry, and it costs $3.00 one way. Walking across is the easy part — coming back is where the queue is.
